Refund Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

We want you to be happy with PapersToSheet. Because every visitor can try the Service free each day before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable, with the exceptions below.

When we refund

• First purchase, 7 days: if you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it in full, provided you've used fewer than 50 pages of that period's allowance.
• Forgotten renewal: if a renewal charged you and you haven't used any pages since, email us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it and cancel the plan.
• Service problems: if a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the Service, we'll refund or extend your plan pro rata.
• Duplicate or unauthorized charges are always refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Taxes collected are refunded with the charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Polar customer portal (linked in your receipt email) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period except as described above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge — we resolve almost every issue within one business day.
