Tips for using this template
- Record the ink lot number for each bottle; many health departments expect it to be traceable to client records.
- Count needle cartridges by configuration (e.g. 9RL, 7M1) and restock each station to the same minimum every morning.
- Check ink expiry dates quarterly and retire opened bottles according to the manufacturer's guidance.
