Tips for using this template
- Use the checklist at every turnover and note missing items right away; most platforms have a short window for damage claims.
- Record serials for TVs, smart locks and other electronics so damage or theft claims are easier to support.
- Keep linens at three sets per bed so one is in use, one is clean and one is in the laundry.
