Tips for using this template
- Set reorder points from your delivery schedule: if the drink route comes twice a week, stock at least four days of cooler sales.
- Spot-count small, high-theft items like energy shots and phone chargers every week to catch shrink early.
- Note case pack size in the unit column so you never order 1 case when you meant 1 unit, or the reverse.
