Tips for using this template
- Run a quick count of every case at open and close; with high-value pieces, a daily reconciliation beats a quarterly surprise.
- Put karat and stone weight in the item name so two similar rings never share a line.
- Keep memo (consigned) goods on their own sheet with the return date from the vendor.
