Tips for using this template

Repeat buyers come in on a cycle; set reorder points for each food formula from how many regulars buy it and how often.
Check best-by dates on treats and wet food during each count and pull anything within 60 days to a front endcap.
Track bag sizes as separate SKUs since 5 lb and 30 lb bags of the same formula sell at very different rates.
