Tips for using this template
- Sell bulk fasteners by weight but count them by box during audits, then convert, so shrinkage in the bins shows up clearly.
- Cycle count one aisle per week rather than closing for a full physical count; rotate so every aisle is hit each quarter.
- Keep a seasonal flag column for snow shovels, ice melt and grass seed so you can mark down leftovers before they tie up cash.
