Tips for using this template
- Count cooler stems every morning; most cut flowers have a short vase life, so the oldest buckets go into today's arrangements first.
- Order against your event calendar, not just walk-in history, and add a 10% buffer for wedding and holiday weeks.
- Track hard goods like cylinders and ribbon separately; they don't spoil, but they quietly eat cash when overbought.
