Tips for using this template
- List paper by weight, finish and size (100 lb gloss cover, 12x18) since substitutions change the look and price of a job.
- Track toner by machine and color; set reorder points to cover at least two weeks of typical page counts.
- Keep paper sealed in its ream wrap until use and count opened reams as partials to avoid humidity issues.
