Tips for using this template
- Use the seller SKU as the key and keep the FNSKU in the item name so labels and shipments never get mixed up.
- Long overseas lead times mean reorder points should cover production plus freight plus check-in time, often 60 to 90 days of sales.
- Watch aged stock in the fulfillment network and plan removals or promos before long-term storage fees kick in.
