Tips for using this template
- Set par from your weekly production plan: pounds of flour per batch times batches per week, plus one delivery cycle of cushion.
- Rotate dairy and eggs FIFO and write the received date on each case; butter and cream cheese go first-in, first-out.
- Count bakery boxes, cake boards and bags too; they run out right before holidays when you can least wait for a delivery.
