Tips for using this template
- Count cheese and pepperoni every night; they're usually the biggest chunk of food cost and the easiest to over-portion.
- Set dough ball par by day of week, since Friday and Saturday often need double the weekday prep.
- Order pizza boxes by size in the same ratio you sell pizzas, and recount before game days.
