Tips for using this template
- Track cased goods by vintage and varietal; a 2024 and 2025 Cabernet are different SKUs for pricing and records.
- Count tasting-room pours as their own location so samples don't look like shrink.
- Order glass, corks and capsules well before bottling day since bottle lead times can run weeks.
