Tips for using this template
- Set par per service, not per week; a lunch run downtown and a weekend festival need very different loads.
- Log what comes back unsold after each shift to tighten your prep and cut waste.
- Keep propane, gloves and to-go containers on the list; they run out on the road where there's nowhere to restock.
