Tips for using this template
- List tube sizes and valve types (700x25c Presta vs. 26x2.1 Schrader) as separate SKUs; they are the most common stockout on the bench.
- Stock up on tubes, tires and chains before spring tune-up season, then let reorder points drop back in late fall.
- Track complete bikes by frame size and color, since a single missing size often loses the whole sale.
