Tips for using this template
- Subtract units in open, unshipped orders from on-hand before comparing to the reorder point, or you will oversell during a sale.
- Base reorder points on supplier lead time times average daily sales, plus a few days of safety stock for shipping delays.
- Give every variant its own row and shelf address so pickers grab the right color without opening boxes.
