Tips for using this template
- Track finished goods and raw supplies on separate tabs, but list the supply SKUs each product uses so you can reorder ahead of a busy week.
- Mark made-to-order listings with zero on-hand and a production time note instead of a stock quantity.
- Count packaging like boxes, tissue and thank-you cards too; running out of mailers delays shipping as much as running out of product.
