Tips for using this template
- Record pot size with each plant (1 gal, 3 gal, 4 in.) since price and shelf space depend on it.
- Walk the benches weekly in season and move tired plants to a clearance table before they become losses.
- Bagged soil and mulch move by the pallet in spring; set reorder points by the pallet, not the bag.
