Tips for using this template
- Tie reorder points to your production schedule and supplier lead time, not a fixed number from last year.
- Track bar stock and sheet by material, alloy and dimension; 6061 and 7075 aluminum are not interchangeable.
- Count work-in-process separately so raw material on hand isn't overstated mid-run.
