Tips for using this template
- Place holiday orders by late summer and use last year's November and December sales by SKU as the starting point.
- Include the age range in the item name so staff can filter quickly when parents ask for gift ideas.
- Count small impulse items near the register more often; they sell fast and are easy to lose to shrink.
