Tips for using this template

Tag every device at unboxing and record the serial right away; it's much harder to collect later from remote staff.
Sort by purchase date to plan refresh cycles, many teams replace laptops every three to four years.
Update the assigned-to column during offboarding and confirm the device came back before closing the ticket.
