Tips for using this template
- Lock orders at a cutoff, convert them to ingredient weights, then subtract on-hand to build the buy list.
- Label finished meals with cook date and a use-by date and rotate FIFO in the fridge.
- Count containers and lids by compartment type; switching mid-week causes portioning mistakes.
