Tips for using this template
- Record the accepted offer as the sold price, not the list price; that's where most margin disappears.
- Note whether the buyer or a shipping discount covered postage so your shipping column reflects your actual cost.
- Group listings by sourcing haul so you can see which thrift stores or sales give the best return.
